"I booked 02 through MMT and had a confirmed booking on 26th Sep. Travelling with my parents, tried to check in around midnight. The person at reception denied for room and said its under renovation. He was drunk and smelling while talking to us. Swati on other call was kept her phone busy with this guy after I shoughted she spoke to me from his phone, while I was calling her was on waiting. Very poor way of running hotel. Should have close their inventory when under renovation."
